About us
Trilein is a team of expert consultants, combining extensive experience with in-depth theoretical knowledge.
Formed in 2008, merging the key staff of Ben Reynolds Consulting and Sylfaen Cynefin, Trilein provides a range of services across the UK focused on delivering great projects.
Our guiding principles:
Good regeneration is about engaging people, making sustainable places and achieving ethical prosperity.
Engaging people in projects is key to their sustainability but can be challenging to get right. Whether it's working with employees to help reduce staff turnover, or ensuring that the right mix of stakeholders is involved in a community project, engaging people in creative and effective ways is central to everything we do.
Sustainable places are ones with: a high quality and environmentally sustainable built and natural environment; good quality day to day living conditions in comfortable and secure accommodation; appropriate and accessible local services and facilities (including green spaces and play/leisure areas); a healthy local economy with strong local linkages; and sustainable, safe approaches to transport and traffic movement. We can help you plan as well as achieve more sustainable places, whether on the scale of an individual business, a neighbourhood or town centre.
Achieving ethical prosperity in a sustainable way has never been more important. We can help with the basics of business and marketing planning, through to market research, developing corporate social responsibility programmes, and working with social enterprises day to day to achieve your goals.
Our team has detailed and expert working knowledge of the public, private and third sectors and people in communities.
